We are the first Hyatt Regency and Hyatt Place in Switzerland with over 550 guest rooms, directly connected to the Circle Convention Center with over 2,800 square meters of event space. The convention center is also operated by Hyatt and can accommodate up to 2,500 guests. The hotel is in the most central and best-connected location in Switzerland, in the heart of Europe.

We are seeking an organized and skilled Commis de Cuisine to help in our Hyatt colleague restaurant- Cafe 360.

Your Key Tasks:

• Support in the preparation of meals for the Hyatt Colleagues.

• Support the Chef de Partie, your team and Events kitchen.

• Careful and responsible handling of food at the kitchen and buffet areas.

• Work ecologically and economically and complying with hygiene and cleaning regulations.
