CACI’s Agile Digital Solutions Operating Group is recruiting a Solution Architect for the NASA Consolidated Applications and Platforms program. The Solution Architect will have the opportunity to strategize and steer the direction on tools, DevOps, architectural products, systems, and deliverables for the Solution Train. They will advise on strategies for enterprise business, information, and technology direction for all phases of programs from inception to completion. They will plan transformations across and within application portfolios that include SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow; web services, including Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft O365; data services, including database administration, business intelligence and data analysis, and geographic information systems (GIS); business analytics/business systems analysis (BA/BSA), and product management applications. The Solution Architect will lead a team of solution and system architects and together they will advocate technological application programs to achieve long-range objectives.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Provide expertise to ensure innovative ideas and emerging technologies are aligned with NCAPS strategic and operational goals.

  • Support and strengthen NCAPS’s DevOps, Tools, enterprise architecture, and application development frameworks.

  • Evaluate NCAPS portfolios and collaboration on IT roadmaps and initiatives.

  • Provide leadership in building and managing a network of resources to accelerate NCAPS and NASA mission capabilities.

  • Perform technology liaison leadership to facilitate, collaborate, and integrate impactful and advanced technical solutions for large-scale mission impacts across NCAPS.

  • Collaborate with ARTs and Shared Service teams to define technology migration strategies and approaches.

  • Performs Architecture reviews as required, ensuring initiatives are aligned with future state.

You’ll bring these qualifications:

  • College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or related discipline. Experience can be acceptable in lieu of degree.

  • Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain interim Public Trust clearance to start.

  • 10-15 years leading solution delivery focused on collaborative development tools, including but not limited to Atlassian, GitLab, ServiceNow for US Government and/or large-scale enterprises customers.

  • 10+ years of SAFe or large-scale Agile delivery experience

  • Demonstrated experience managing senior technical personnel.

  • Understanding of the US Government marketspace, with an emphasis on solution development consolidation

  • Prior experience managing SDLCs, solution design, development, and delivery for multiple enterprise systems, preferably for the Federal Government

  • Prior experience designing, implementation and managing complex data architectures and capabilities.

  • Experience with cyber/system security supporting Federal Government systems and solutions.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • Prior project management experience on enterprise programs

  • Experience with implementing DevOps with ERP

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$104,200-$229,200
