To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via our StoryHub .  Description and Requirements Lenovo is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect who will be vital in supporting, developing, and deploying IaaS and PaaS-related service offerings. You will be part of Lenovo Solutions & Services Group (SSG) as a TruScale Hybrid Cloud Services team member, driving service offering design and definition for our Professional Services, Managed Services, and TruScale Services businesses. This role is primarily internal but includes some customer-facing work.  In this role, you will: Support the Hybrid Cloud Services Practice in developing and delivering IaaS and PaaS service offerings. Develop/Architect IaaS/PaaS Hybrid and Multi-Cloud Solutions with large ecosystem Partners and customers. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Enterprise and Cloud Solution stacks that span computer, networking, storage, infrastructure, and application management and orchestration. Strong background in virtualization, networking, security, containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes), and high-value workloads/Enterprise applications, focusing on databases, analytics, and AI. Technical lead for IaaS and container-based and microservices offerings, working closely with the Hybrid Cloud Practice leader throughout the service offering lifecycle, including: Assisting in the creation of new service offerings, starting with participation in the brainstorming phase and providing expert guidance Assisting/leading early implementations with Technical Consultants Presentation delivery in support of: Our offering development process Field enablement/training Service delivery activities Assist in documentation of project requirements, statements of work, and service descriptions Qualifications: 7+ years of experience building, managing, and supporting large-scale hybrid networks, focusing on IaaS and PaaS offerings for MSPs and enterprises. Experience in defining, scoping, selling, delivering, and managing IaaS and PaaS migration, implementation, operations, and optimization initiatives for RHEL OpenShift, Microsoft Azure/Azure Stack Family and SQL products, VMware Cloud Foundation/VMware stack, AWS/AWS Outposts, IBM CloudPaks, and SAP. Design and implement automation workflows and orchestration processes to streamline cloud operations and SDN/NFV/NFVI Infrastructure. Utilize Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, and Kubernetes for infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management. Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to enable agile cloud service development and deployment. Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps is essential. Implement cloud monitoring and management tools to ensure optimal performance, security, and cost efficiency. Experience with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Zabbix is most valuable. Proficiency in network security protocols and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and vulnerability assessments. Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Automation and Integration or MultiCluster Management. Market experience in one or more of the following: financial services, telecommunications, industrial manufacturing, energy, consumer products, high-tech, media & entertainment, and automotive Software Defined Network (SDN) and Storage (SDS) technologies. Preferred Skills: Experience building infrastructure strategy and reference architecture for all-in cloud deployments and hybrid scenarios Experience in designing, implementing, and deploying highly available and fault-tolerant enterprise and web-scale software deployments. Understanding of the relationship between various open-source software and hardware components Industry knowledge and experience with cloud-native architectures, services-based architecture, and container-based solutions development, delivery, and operations as deployed for various environments and use cases. Demonstrated ability to articulate technical issues, resolutions, and recommendations for customers, development teams, and leadership. TOGAF 9 Certified, TOGAF Business Architecture preferred.
