We're in search of a seasoned business leader to helm the ANZ Sleep and Respiratory Care (SRC) business at Philips. In this position, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the ANZ SRC business, including Marketing, Sales, Clinical Services, Supply Chain, and Operations. Your primary goal will be to drive the SRC Strategy and achieve targets while fostering a positive local culture and engagement within the ANZ SRC team.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing the business strategy, implementing go-to-market models, and ensuring that the necessary structure and talent are in place to maximize and maintain business performance.

Your role:

  • Drive profitable growth and meet revenue and ISM targets through effective mix management (both product and channel), price realization, and sales execution.

  • Strategically allocate resources to optimize performance and enhance productivity.

  • Ensure the tracking and delivery of operational metrics.

  • Oversee and monitor overall organizational performance, taking corrective actions as necessary using Daily Management and continuous improvement methods.

  • Collaborate with APAC and Business Unit teams when needed to implement corrective measures or expedite key initiatives.

  • Develop clear and realistic strategies, objectives, and tactical plans based on segmentation, customer needs, and market conditions.

  • Establish comprehensive sales commercial and operations plans encompassing distribution, contracting, business planning, pricing and commercial policy, sales compensation, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI selection.

  • Provide strong leadership, establish a structured framework to achieve business objectives, and lead cross-functional teams effectively.

You're the right fit if:

  • With your extensive experience, you've spearheaded complex, cross-functional, project-based organizations within both B2B and B2G sectors. Your leadership has covered a wide spectrum, including sales and marketing initiatives across product and service offerings to distributors.

  • You bring robust leadership and mentorship skills tailored for sales and marketing teams within the technology or healthcare sectors.

  • Proficient in Profit & Loss management, you adeptly make strategic decisions and trade-offs to meet business objectives.

  • Recognized strategic acumen, you've crafted and executed top-tier strategic business plans, achieving or surpassing targets over a 3 to 5-year horizon.

  • Possessing a growth-oriented perspective, you thrive in dynamically changing markets, adeptly steering through complexity and uncertainty to redefine business success via innovative models and offerings. Your expertise extends to crafting Marketing channel mix strategies (both online and offline) and proficient management of distributor relationships.
