    Department overview

    At AniCura, Central IT team delivers and maintains group-wide IT solutions, supporting Finance, Marketing, and clinic operations. Reporting directly to our CIO, Central IT comprises two teams: Business Solutions and Tech. Our teams oversee IT strategy, infrastructure, security, and vendor management. We provide guidance, support, and program management for IT across all markets, serving as the main point of contact for technology-related matters within the AniCura group. Additionally, we engage with other business units within Mars and collaborate closely with the MVH Business Solutions support teams.

    Role Overview

    This role entails supporting the P&O and Medical L&D teams by managing AniCura's Learning Management and Talent Management Systems, as well as associated learning and translation technologies. Collaborating with the IT Tech team and P&O Systems, the role ensures operational efficiency and data accuracy across all systems. A key focus is harmonizing various systems into Cornerstone, managed by Mars Veterinary Health, and driving its implementation and customization for AniCura. Additionally, the role involves establishing processes for working with content providers and collaborating within a cross-business unit team of LMS admins across different veterinary brands

    Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support AniCura's content creators in managing content on the LMS platform.

  • Optimize current LMS usage and facilitate transition to Cornerstone, offering improvement suggestions.

  • Incorporate business insights into technical decisions and adjust timelines accordingly.

  • Collaborate with Medical, P&O, and IT teams to streamline processes and document them.

  • Gather, validate, and articulate functional requirements for learning & talent systems.

  • Manage small to medium-sized projects, contributing to larger initiatives.

  • Validate, analyze, and respond to support requests while addressing program and reporting needs.

  • Uphold Mars, Inc.'s Five Principles within oneself and the team.

    We also expect you to have

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science

  • Knowledgeable in Talent & Learning Technologies, LMS content creation

  • Fluent in English, European language proficiency a plus

  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills that’s helps in seamless interaction to non-technical users

  • Experience in requirement analysis, service and solution oriented mindset

  • Effective team player, self-managing, stakeholder management and skilled in project management

  • Preferably has worked in the veterinary field
