We're looking for Welders who have experience MIG welding thick steel and comfortable with small to large structural weldments. Pay ranging from $28-$32/hr. Responsibilities

Build amazing equipment by reading and interpreting assembly diagrams, positioning parts, and assembling machines to ensure they function correctly

Weld parts with MIG/TIG welding techniques

Work efficiently, effectively, and collaborate in a team setting to produce high quality fixtures which are completed on time and on budget

Follow operating procedures and engineering specs

Consistently be at work and on time

Follow instructions, respond to management direction; takes responsibility for own actions

Follow policies and procedures; support organization's goals and values

Use time efficiently through proper planning and organization

Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; look for ways to improve and promote quality; monitor own work to ensure quality

Meet productivity standards; completes work in timely manner; strive to increase productivity

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 40lbs

• standing for 5 hours at one time

Skills
