responsibilities:

• Architect and build scalable, efficient, and maintainable custom applications leveraging a range of expertise in software development principles and technologies.

• Design and develop robust application functionality, including features, modules, and components, using best practices and appropriate technologies to meet user requirements and business needs.

• Evaluate vendor application capabilities and conduct thorough analysis in order to identify areas for optimization and make recommendations for enhancing efficiency, scalability, and user experience.

• Develop and enhance a variety of cloud-based applications and software such as Workforce Management, Human Capital Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, and Recruiting Management.

• Implement performance optimization techniques such as code refactoring, database query optimization, and caching mechanisms to enhance application responsiveness, scalability, and resource utilization-ensuring optimal performance across varying workloads and user scenarios.
