JOB SUMMARYA Sr. Engineer will have a defined area of expertise either in a particular competency or industry. They will have mastered technology specific to their area of competence. Will be able to convey technical solutions to other engineers and to business personnel. Will have a good understanding of multiple CAD packages and cross functional design implications.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. 参与新产品(自制金属波纹管、软管)的设计和开发工作,根据市场需求和公司目标,制 定产品设计方案,并使用CAD软件进行产品设计和建模。

  1. 负责外部产品图纸的特性识别(包含产品适用的相关法律法规和环境安全的相关法律法 规)及内部图纸转化。

  2. 负责内部产品(含零件/组件)图纸设计和产品图纸ECN变更。

  3. 进行技术研究,探索新的材料、技术和工艺,评估其在新产品开发中的应用和可行性,以 提高产品的创新性和竞争力。

  4. 负责制作产品原型,并进行各种测试,包括功能测试、性能测试、可靠性测试等,以验证 产品设计的有效性和可行性。

6.协助制定生产工艺流程,优化产品生产工艺和制造流程,确保产品能够按时、按量投入生 产,并达到质量要求。

7.管理和协调新产品研发项目,制定项目计划和时间表,跟踪项目进度,确保项目按计划顺利 进行,并与相关部门(如市场、采购、生产等)进行有效沟通和协作。

  1. 参与解决新产品开发过程中出现的技术问题和挑战,持续改进产品设计和工艺流程,确保 产品质量和性能达到或超越预期。

  2. 撰写产品设计文档、测试报告以及技术文档,记录产品开发过程和结果,确保项目数据和 信息的准确性和完整性。

  3. 持续关注行业技术趋势和市场动态,积极学习和应用新技术,为公司产品创新和发展提供 技术支持和建议。JOB QUALIFICATIONSKNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTSEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1.机械相关专业本科及以上学历。

2.熟悉机械相关原理,机械设计理论知识扎实。

3.对尺寸公差设计有一定经验,对机加工工艺、热处理、材料有一定了解。

4.具有AutoCAD/ UG/CATIA等三维/二维软件操作能力。

5.思路清晰,有较强的自我激励和学习能力;具备良好的独立工作能力,主动积极向上的工作 态度。

6.具有良好的与他人沟通的能力、逻辑分析能力和书面表达能力,具有一定的审美。
