角色职责:

The scope of this position is the engineering application of battery energy storage technology for HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and building power electronics products.

角色 目的:

1. Be familiar with the latest developments and trends in the lithium battery industry, collect the latest battery cutting-edge technologies and application markets, and prepare relevant analysis reports;

2. Performance, safety assessment and testing of new battery technology products to guide the company’s battery energy storage selection in the HVAC industry;

3. Develop battery solution design, selection and testing specifications based on the company's product requirements;

4. Lead and be responsible for battery supplier review, battery sample performance and quality assurance;

5. Complete the test plan and test report output of battery samples according to the project progress.

最低要求:

1. Bachelor or above.

2. More than 5 years of lithium-ion battery and battery pack design, research, application and development experience.

3. Solid skills on office software.

4. Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).

5. High responsibility, better attitude and team work spirit.

6. Solid presentation and communication skills.
