Roles and Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Co-lead process/quality improvement projects for operational excellence/Lean roadmap for the manufacturing plant

• Opportunity to learn and execute Lean Six Sigma tools and make positive impact to the business

• Conducting data collection and learn to apply data-driven analytical approach to problem solving

Qualifications / Requirements

• Master's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Material and/or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent knowledge or experience)

• Competent with MS Office applications

• Work style: mainly office work at the Sesto San Giovanni site with some flexibility of remote

• Required Working hours: 40 hours/weekly

• Start date: beginning of May

• Language: Italian – mandatory with working efficiency

• English – mandatory

• Italian citizenship or valid working license for Italy

• 2/3 years of experience
