Description:

As an HRSD Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining the HRSD ServiceNow application during run-the-business (RTB) activities, as well as project support. You will be working within various applications in ServiceNow, but primarily be working under the HRSD (Employee Workflows) scope and applications gathering, documenting, testing, and releasing core functionality for the business teams across our Employee Experience (EX) function, such as Payroll, Equity, Benefits, HR, Global Mobility, etc.

Requirements - What you'll need to succeed:

Certifications:

• ServiceNow System Admin certification (must)

• HRSD Implementation certification (preferred)

• Experience in HRSD architecture (preferred)

• Atleast 2-3 years of experience implementing HRSD ServiceNow Platform features and functionality

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in HR processes and workflows

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to ensure flawless application performance

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Solid experience in gathering a documenting business requirement for ServiceNow HRSD

• Experience in SLA models

What you’ll do:

• Assist with the design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy technical solutions within ServiceNow

• Prepare as-is process documentation, to-be process documentation, and performing detailed gap analysis in partnership with HR tech and business teams

• Assist with request intake and working with core business stakeholders for routine enhancement requests or defects

• Document and refine RTB enhancements and defects

• Assists HRSD Tech Team with backlog management and design workshops

• Support upgrades, enhancements, testing, validation, and overall system performance

• Set testing criteria, build testing scripts, perform testing, and collaborate with business units to complete testing with objective to deliver quality product

• Contribute to change management and training efforts

• Writing/modifying stories in Jira

• Work with solutions architect, integration analysts and reporting teams to deliver the desired business objectives.

• Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions

• Support release management, reviews release summaries, and release readiness documents as needed

• Assist in building reports and dashboards in ServiceNow to meet business needs
