The payment experiences product team is seeking an exceptional Sr. Product Manager. The charter for this person will be to build world class payment and payment instrument management experiences to strengthen our core capabilities.

We are looking for a passionate product person who shall be able to challenge the status quo and build innovative products leveraging the power of strategic partnerships. If this sounds like you, we would love to chat! As a Sr. Product Manager, you will be responsible for building and launching world class payment experiences for PayPal customer in 200+ countries. The job requires liaising with internal and external partners to innovate on next-gen opportunities and drive value for our users globally.

  • Drive ideation and brainstorming discussion with partners – internal and external, to define innovative products that delight users.

  • Be the voice of our customers and solve their core payment friction and provide a delightful experience.

  • Be laser-focused on building seamless, simple, and intuitive user experiences for our users.

  • Work with Design teams to create prototypes and drive usability, user research.

  • Defining and document product requirements, user stories and epics.

  • Review product performance and provide a continuous improvement path.

  • Walkthrough product vision and specification with engineering and architecture – review the technical solution.

  • Work closely with engineering, architecture and design teams throughout the software development lifecycle – be able to resolve open issues, answer product questions and guide the engineering anddevelopment teams to building the right products.

  • Work with quality engineering team to develop test plans and strategies to ensure product quality

  • Collaborate with global cross-functional team to develop, market, and launch product globally

  • Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making.

  • Partner with Customer Support teams in solving pain points for our users.

  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure the solutions we put out are within the regulatory boundaries.

Required Skills:

  • Product management experience, payment industry familiarity preferred
