The Product Manager (PM) will report directly to the Product Leader Global Operations manager and will lead a range of multi-disciplinary projects. The Product Manager will be responsible for developing relationships across multiple domains and partners, writing the requirements (via user stories) and associated process maps, following Agile SCRUM methodology, developing the business case and leading the execution of the projects into a contact center environment. The Product Manager will have the responsibility of tracking and controlling the impact of projects to ensure there is not a negative effect to our customers, Teammates, or performance indicators for the operation teams’ impacted. Lastly the Product Manager will be responsible for ongoing to communication to stakeholders, peers and partners around the overall project health, backlog, and feature release schedule. Projects will typically have strong continuous improvement and process reengineering focus with elements of organizational design, change management and product development. The Product Manager will have experience in defining new system solutions to support the transformation of a business function and must have a range of experience covering: delivering requirements, building relationships with customers, partners and cross functional teams and leading system implementation projects. This particular Product Manager will focus on Global Operations Teammate tools with an emphasis on the back office (disputes and risk operations).

SPECIFIC DUTIES: Development of a healthy backlog, Composition of Agile user stories, Define Business case for new system developments, Build business acumen through multiple forms of virtual interaction, Manage Stakeholder relationship in the Business and Technology areas, Implementation of projects into the contact center operation environment, Use of best practice project management methodologies, Monitor & control project performance, Lead a cross functional team of technical and non-technical team members, Drive key change initiatives across the business to improve process and ensure operational effectiveness, Identify opportunities to enhance customer service through technology, Reporting on project status, Manage business prioritization against development capacity and Other duties as assigned

Education

  • Minimum of BA/BS degree, Post Grad or Masters preferred

  • Formal Project Management Qualification (PMI/PRINCE) an advantage

Experience

  • 8+ years related professional experience or Master’s degree and 6+ year experience within a multinational/Global, fast moving operation, with experience of contact centre environments
