We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join PayPal Payment Product and Engineering. You will work closely with senior management in PP&E team, provide consultancy on strategic resource planning, and lead on workforce program management. This role requires a high degree of relationship management across PP&E and Consumer Experience and Technology team.
Actively partner with PP&E operation team on workforce management
Develop framework and actionable metrics for workforce optimization by portfolio and initiative
Pro-actively work with operation managers in PP&E team, understand organization resource needs, enable strategic plan and continuously identify opportunities for streamlining, simplifying and productivity improvement
Deliver analysis, reporting, insights and associated actions necessary to enable continuous process improvement
Create, implement and drive operating rhythms, engagement activities to enable better communications and engagement up down and across the organization; optimize cadences, drive agenda and prep for internal team rhythms, management/executive reviews
Support and execute all PP&E workforce ad hoc initiatives and project
5 + year experience and strong track record on management consulting, program management, operations planning or finance
Preferably experience in high growth / payment industry preferred
Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to move quickly from insight to action
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Highly accountable, with ability to independently lead and coordinate complex projects across multiple subject areas
Must be proactive, resourceful, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity to anticipate business needs
