The payment experiences product team at PayPal is seeking an exceptional product manager whose charter shall require being a customer champion and building delightful digital payments and wallet experiences. PayPal provides online payments services in 200+ countries and has a strong and fast-growing user base. The Sr Product Manager shall be responsible for leading charge in solving pain point for PayPal’s fast-growing user base and challenge the status quo to build innovative global products.
The product manager shall be responsible for the global strategy to manage the lifecycle of payment methods attached to PayPal user’s digital wallet.
Partner with analytics and engineering to layout implementation and execution plans to keep digital wallets up to date.
Perform user research, usability studies, market research and focus on building seamless, simple, and intuitive user experiences.
Define and document product requirements, user stories and epics.
Review product performance and provide a continuous improvement path though leveraging industry standard tools and capabilities as well as building new ones.
Walkthrough product vision and specification with engineering and architecture – review the technical solution.
Work closely with engineering, architecture and design teams throughout the software development lifecycle – be able to resolve open issues, answer product questions and guide the engineering and development teams to building the right products.
Work with quality engineering team to develop test plans and strategies to ensure product quality
Collaborate with global cross-functional team to develop, market, and launch product globally
Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making.
Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure the solutions we put out are compliant with relevant regional regulations and legal and privacy guidelines.
Product management experience, payment industry familiarity preferred
