In our International Marketing Operations business unit, we are looking to hire a driven & self-managed Email and Onsite Channel Manager for our Latin Americas Marketing Operations team. This role will have ownership over the email & onsite banner channel, managing the campaign calendar and requirements from marketers, collaborating with database marketing for campaign build & list generation, supervising the email development team, and maintaining the relationship with the ESP. The Channel Manager will also be responsible for driving channel optimizations through process, testing & campaign designs, platform upgrades & enabling new capabilities.
Understand high level pre-defined milestones for various marketing channels to provide timelines for planning purposes.
Once business priorities are approved, validate scope of work expected, and work with functional managers to translate approved scope to resource requirements and to procure resources for project core team
Manage the pipeline of all email & onsite banner campaigns. Develop master project schedules and ensure marketing partner and cross-functional team members agree to LTS and interim milestones.
Identify potential issues and develop risk mitigation strategies. Resolve problems, planning issues, and project changes/challenges.
Facilitate, coordinate and project manage cross-functional team tasks and activities. Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure accuracy of project tasks, on time completion, and drive resolution of issues and constraints. Drive development & adoption of the MRM tool for managing marketing programs.
Manage the Email Development process, supervise the email development team & maintain relationship with ESP & other email vendors.
Create channel optimizations by driving process efficiencies, training & change management & platform & capability upgrades.
