We are seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis in our South Jordan, UT office and enhance the workplace experience by managing inventory, stocking snacks, maintaining coffee and drink stations, and managing overall office cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently to maintain a tidy and well-stocked workplace. Responsibilities:

  • Stock and organize snacks and beverages in the designated areas

  • Clean and maintain coffee and drink stations on a daily basis

  • Clean and monitor refrigerators on a daily basis

  • Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for reordering

  • Receive and organize deliveries of office supplies and snacks

  • Keep the workplace clean and organized

  • Maintain inventory levels of office supplies, snacks, and beverages

  • Assist in other tasks as assigned by Workplace Management

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of inventory management processes

  • Willingness to support the Workplace Experience team during after hour company events
