Robert Half Executive Assistant in Rockland, Massachusetts

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in the healthcare sector. This role is based in Rockland, Massachusetts and involves providing administrative support within our organization. As an Executive Assistant, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and creating reports.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the CEO, including taking meeting minutes and drafting email correspondences

• Create and manage various reports as needed

• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings

• Act as a point of contact for vendors and attend monthly meetings

• Utilize CRM and Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook, for daily tasks and communications

• Manage the CEO's calendar effectively, ensuring all appointments and meetings are accurately scheduled and attended

• Handle all necessary documentation and correspondence in a professional and timely manner

• Collaborate with other members of the executive team and provide support when necessary

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times

• Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

• Familiarity with CRM systems and their application in a professional setting

• Proven experience in Calendar Management and scheduling for executive staff

• Demonstrated ability to handle correspondence professionally and confidentially

• Previous experience working in a C-Suite environment or similar high-level executive support roles

• Strong aptitude for creating and maintaining organized documentation

• Experience in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industries

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• High degree of professionalism and respect for confidentiality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
