Partner Strategy & Program Marketing Manager 5 BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Partner Strategy & Program Marketing Manager 5 for an opportunity in Redmond, WA-Remote! Position Title: Partner Strategy & Program Marketing Manager 5 Location: Redmond, WA-Remote Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: 02+ Months Job Type: [FULL TIME [CONTRACT], [Remote] Pay Range:[$60] - [$70] Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirements: 1. Analytical Thinking: This skill is crucial for analyzing market conditions, evaluating competitors, assessing ROI, and understanding the effectiveness of marketing programs. It involves the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on quantitative and qualitative information. 2. Excel and Modeling Skills: Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools is essential for conducting financial analysis, modeling scenarios, and evaluating the performance of marketing programs. Strong spreadsheet skills enable effective data management, manipulation, and visualization, which are integral to strategic decision-making and program optimization. 3. PowerPoint Skills: The ability to create compelling presentations is vital for communicating insights, strategies, and program designs to internal stakeholders and field teams. Effective PowerPoint skills facilitate clear and persuasive storytelling, helping to convey complex information in a visually engaging manner and garner support for initiatives. Summary: * The main function of a Strategy & Program Marketing Manager is to research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service. A typical strategy & program marketing manager is responsible for gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution. Job Responsibilities: * Supports design and landing of new programs, pilots, offers working across multiple stakeholders including Marketing and Partner Organization including: * Solving operational and design challenges * Creating content for internal approvals and field landing * Works with Finance and other stakeholders to support the analysis of programs' effectiveness by evaluating return on investment (ROI), behavior change, and business impact. Skills: * BizApps and SMB Market * Sales Programs management * Analytical thinking * Excel and modeling skills * Power Point Skills * Effective internal and external communication skills * Strong collaboration skills Education/Experience: * Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required. * 10+ years related experience required.
