Description:

Lab Tech will be part of a team to ensures product testing, analysis, documentation and reporting are conducted to ensure a high quality and safe food product goes to the market. They will impact product conformance, performance and product claim.

• Sample prep and analysis

• Daily product testing

• Document and communicate results using the customer specification and advise Quality

• Prepare Corrective Action

• Complete daily environmental and water testing

• Assist with calibrating and preparation of the HPLC

• Autoclave

• Allergen testing

• Titration, Sulfuric Acid, Caustic and Vitamin C Verification

• Assist lab techs with line quality checks

• High Fructose and CO2 delivery receipt testing

• Quality & Food Safety Paperwork
