What you’ll do:

• The Dy.Manager will lead Electrical EMEA FP&A Support will work collaboratively with finance, accounting, business operations and senior management with Segment of regional finance teams. The supervisor will be responsible for leading team, provide guidance, expand support to other businesses, manage transition, regular connects with customers, drive efficiency and productivity targets independently.

• This position would be a supervisory role directly reporting to Electrical FP&A Manager

The supervisory has the responsibility to ensure - -

• Partners with operations FP&A teams in the operating segments to provide insights into key performance measures and business improvement initiatives to the sector leadership team.

• Partnering with various corporate and operational cross-functional teams on key business issues and process improvements.

• Strong attention to detail and business acumen to help break down the complex into a manageable story to the senior leadership team for actuals and forecast commentary.

• A business partner who creates strong relationships with cross functional teams including investor relations, corporate economics, SCM finance and finance transformation

• Managing and developing a team of financial analysts through coaching, feedback, exposure and stretch assignments.

• Attracting and selecting diverse, high caliber, promotable talent for open positions

• Proactively seeks and acts in ways to positively promote and foster initiative in own team and other departments of the organization.

• Support and propose various initiatives to reduce complexity, standardize and improve efficiency of financial processes, leveraging GFSS tools and capabilities, drive automation.

• Driving efficiency and process improvement by continually challenging the status quo, including moving routine, repeatable tasks to low-cost countries

• Role is also responsible for partnering with the finance transformation organization to drive functional excellence within FP&A.

• Ensuring effectiveness of controls and compliance with company policies.

Work in the Global team environment directly supporting the EMEA Electrical Region and interacting with various business partners in the business locations across different functions

Qualifications:

• Accounting major (B.Com) & CA/ICWA/CFA/MBA (Finance), preferable.

• 9-10 years of FP&A and accounting experience.

Skills:

• Excellent Analytical skills to interpret Financial data (business acumen)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with MS-Office – particularly Excel, Power Point, Word, Access etc

• Experience in financial modelling

• Experience in project and service business

• Strong on technical skills

• Experience is developing and maintaining Power BI solutions and business warehouse

• Expert Knowledge of SAP and Oracle

• Expert knowledge of Consolidation & Reporting Systems (Encore, Oracle Cloud, Hyperion planning, Essbase)

• Adaptable to varying cultures.
