Job description

ILS Engineer will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and updating current methodologies, tools and business processes, in the field of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS). The candidate will work closely with the various Engineering and Product Engineering Teams throughout the development lifecycle, conducting structured Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) with the aim of defining specific requirements to support the product design, streamlining the cost of the cycle of its life and optimize the maintenance system to allow effective support during the In-Service Life.

Duties and responsabilities

  • Draw up and maintain Integrated Logistic Support Plan (ILSP).

  • Assist Engineering and Product Engineering Team in defining system/item requirements.

  • Conduct Logistic Support Analysis (LSA).

  • Conduct tests and inspections.

  • Provide support and maintenance for existing projects.

  • Collect and analyze data.

  • Implement, maintain and update current ILS methodologies, tools and processes.

  • Interpret and produce technical documentation.

  • Basic knowledge of RAM concepts.

    Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or similar.

  • Good knowledge of the English language.

  • Work experience or internship in an engineering role is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills with colleagues and customers.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
