JPMorgan Chase Product Management in Plano, Texas

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Partner with product leads and cross-functional partners across Consumer and Community Bank (CCB) and Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) to identify opportunities, build new offerings, and drive product roadmap for Business Banking customers. Serve as a liaison between key business stakeholders and engineering team to define, develop, communicate and execute strategic plans for introducing new product initiatives. Own and drive the overall roadmap and refine and prioritize product backlog based on business objectives, customer research, competitive dynamics and data analytics. Analyze and document user stories and story acceptance criteria, and maintain all initiatives/epics/stories and products. Partner with customer experience and research teams to define and implement customer centric design through figma tool, usability testing, concept validation, A/B testing and experimentation, and research studies to gain insights and identify customer needs and solutions. Partner with architect and engineering partners to build and maintain the end-to-end customer experiences on web and native mobile apps using cutting-edge technologies. Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with Solution Architects, User Interface Designers (UX), Quality Analyst (QA) and DEV teams to derive out detailed business requirements. Analyze online user behavior, customer journey, funnel analysis, multi-channel attribution, conversion, retention and attrition data. Partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Controls to monitor Chase internal risk and compliance review processes to support launch and ensure a strong control environment. Deliver and facilitate pre- release feature reviews, product training and knowledge transfer sessions to impacted audiences as required. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of study plus (5) five years of experience in the job offered or as a Product Management, I.T. Consultant, Technology Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of study plus (3) three years of experience in the job offered or as Product Management, IT Consultant, Technology Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: JIRA Product management; Product roadmapping; Figma UI design management; Confluence Product documentation; Agile Processes; Monitoring through Splunk and Adobe analytics behavioral tool; Business Analysis; Product analytics; and product design thinking.

Job Location: 8181 Communications Pkwy, Plano, TX 75024. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
