Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Billing Analyst in Phoenix, Arizona. The successful candidate will be part of a team that manages a range of financial and accounting tasks, specifically focusing on customer credit applications and accounts receivable. The workplace is a remote setting, and the role is designed for a self-starter who can work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications, ensuring all data is recorded in the relevant accounting software systems and CRM.

• Maintain detailed customer credit records, updating information as required.

• Monitor customer credit accounts, identifying any delinquent payments and initiating collection processes as needed.

• Use IBM AS/400 and Great Plains (GPAC) software to manage and analyze billing functions and accounts receivable.

• Resolve customer credit inquiries, providing information and support as needed.

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for efficient claim administration.

• Work with the 'About Time' system to track and manage time-sensitive tasks.

• Ensure all billing functions are completed accurately and within set timelines.

• Use your knowledge of collection processes to ensure payments are received in a timely manner.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all financial regulations and procedures. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services.

• Familiarity with CRM systems.

• Competence in Great Plains (GPAC).

• Knowledge of IBM AS/400.

• Experience with About Time software.

• Understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

• Proficiency in Billing Functions.

• Experience with Claim Administration.

• Understanding of Collection Processes.
