The Opportunity

The Sr. Compliance Analyst plays a key role in ensuring that the organization's policies, practices, and procedures align with global regulations, laws, and industry standards related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). This role involves conducting analysis, providing recommendations, managing the company's reporting obligations, and supporting efforts to foster a culture of inclusivity and fairness across Adobe.

What you'll Do

  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with DEI regulations at local, national, and regional levels.

  • Ensure the company's adherence to its obligations under the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), which encompasses leading all aspects of and meticulously preparing annual affirmative action plans, as well as fulfilling reporting obligations such as EEO-1, California, and other state-mandated pay reporting requirements.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in effectively navigating and adhering to global regulatory frameworks related to DEI, particularly focusing on essential mandates and anti-discrimination laws applicable across various international jurisdictions.

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement in DEI initiatives, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks.

  • Collaborate with internal team members to integrate DEI compliance considerations into various business processes and decision-making.

  • Keep abreast of changes in DEI legislation and industry standard methodologies, providing guidance to leadership and relevant teams to maintain alignment with evolving standards.

  • Monitor and analyze data metrics, identifying trends and proposing strategies for continuous improvement.

  • Partner with Human Resources, Legal, and other departments to ensure alignment of DEI compliance efforts with organizational objectives.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in DEI, compliance, or a relevant field is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, compliance, or DEI-related roles, with a focus on OFCCP and similar regulatory compliance.

  • Proven experience in regulatory/compliance management, specifically in the context of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Experience in data collection, interpretation, and management, vital for successful completion of required regulatory filings and reporting.

  • Solid understanding of DEI laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence collaborators at all levels.

  • Analytical mentality with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and implement effective compliance strategies.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training programs on DEI compliance.

  • Diligent, proactive, communicative and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, partners, and effectively.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $92,300 -- $191,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
