Reporting to the Director of Network Business Planning & Partnerships, the Senior Manager will be responsible for key network governance & planning initiatives, including investment planning, KPI tracking, and customer research to inform network product strategy.

The Senior Manager of Network Business Planning & Partnerships will be responsible for driving the following activities:

  • Support investment planning ensuring a seamless process for the network

  • Perform research to inform the roadmaps and strategic direction of the network and network products

  • Establish & monitor overall network performance (KPIs, scorecards, etc.)

  • Support the creation of material for Enterprise forums with senior stakeholders across all business units

  • Stay informed with initiatives across the enterprise and connect the dots across all network products

  • Support urgent and important strategic initiatives with thought leadership and drive stretch project

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Relevant experience: Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and track record of developing frameworks in white space. Consulting experience preferred.

  • Transformational spirit: Proven track record of change management and delivery in complex and highly matrixed organizations.

  • Executive communication skills: Outstanding communicator with the ability to distill complex topics into clear and concise messages, adapted appropriately for the audience. Excellent Powerpoint skills and storytelling.

  • Relationship Management:Consistent track record of establishing, developing, and leveraging partner relationships. Strong negotiation skills.

  • Thought leadership: Strategic and innovative mindset, with the ability to synthesize and translate insights into opportunities for AXP to drive innovative solutions.

  • Highly collaborative: Ability to collaborate, and build strong relationships with, internal and external stakeholders to deliver value beyond traditional means.

  • Intellectual curiosity: High intellectual curiosity, with excellent creative and critical thinking and problem-solving skills and ability to deal with ambiguous or undefined problems.

  • Great attitude: High energy, an optimistic attitude, and a good sense of humor.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
