Lead Decision ScientistAetna Resources LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in New York, NY: Lead Decision Scientist to analyze user needs and develop data analytics solutions, including programming/software. Duties include: Consult with internal clients to identify opportunities to implement data science solutions to business problems; act as an analytics product owner translating business needs into analytics projects and actions; structure data analysis, drive analytics insights, and analytical solutions to help data scientists determine the best analytical solution; develop predictive modeling statistical analysis, data reports, mathematical analysis methods, machine learning, and performance metrics; perform software development/programming using R, Hadoop, or Python and advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources; leverage SQL to quickly perform analyses on large and complex data sets to solve complex business problems and guide data scientists and data engineers on more advanced analyses; presents recommendations to senior staff and internal clients; lead client relationship and development of solutions; and mentor junior team members.
