Community Investment Management LLC has an opening for an Investment Analyst, Risk and Analytics in our New York, NY office. Understand and apply highly complex mathematics to forecast financial risk. Conduct statistical analysis on loan data from financial technology companies using a variety of mathematical and econometric models to quantify risk. Interpret financial data to identify risk exposure. Evaluate and analyze investment opportunities. Analyze assets, earning capacity, and external economic activity to structure investments and limit risk. Monitor investment portfolios; identify economic and financial trends that may present a risk to the company. Additional data analysis and risk monitoring activities, as required. Implement automated data pipelines from investee platforms to CIM data infrastructure. Co-own and coordinate firm’s monthly portfolio monitoring sessions. Utilize Programming/Data Science experience using R, Python and SQL.Requires bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a closely related position.
