Job Description

One unique opportunity available to our clients is the PMX Programmatic Marketplace. The PMX Marketplace is a centrally negotiated and curated programmatic marketplace offering strategic solutions by leveraging the collective buying power of one. The Marketplace Director is responsible for the overall delivery of deliverables. Key responsibilities that will drives success in this role include the creation and development of Private Marketplaces (PMPs), day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, management of reporting and development of content for agency teams.

This role will have the unique responsibility of creating project and process frameworks that accelerate and scale our ability to deliver on Marketplace opportunities.

You will report to Senior Vice President, PMX Platform Partnerships.

Role Objectives

  • Day to day ownership of all PMX Programmatic Marketplace projects and workflows as it pertains to publisher management, partner evaluation, agency adoption, and communication

  • Manage team responsible for workflow and operations pertaining to deal creation, trouble shooting, internal system updates, and reporting

  • Increase adoption on PMX PMP usage across multiple marketplaces including CTV, DOOH, and Audio

  • Evaluate industry trends and new offerings to adapt the PMX offering to meet industry changes related to privacy and compliance (Cookieless, omni-channel, etc)

  • Main point of contact for all publishers and ad tech partners within the Marketplace. Comfortable and capable of driving meetings and agenda to extract value with these partners

  • Lead all communication with agency teams and external partners

  • Develop collateral to explain Programmatic Marketplace opportunities to agency teams

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in media agency or ad tech positions related to operations

  • Strong understanding of digital landscape, programmatic tech

  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously

  • Ability to manage others

Compensation Range: $115,500 - $181,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
