Job Description

The Clinical Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy cosmetic dermatology practice. This position involves managing staff, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare administration, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to patients.

Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

Supervise medical assistants, receptionists, and other clinical staff.

Ensure proper staffing levels and coordinate schedules.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Operations:

Oversee clinic operations, including patient flow, appointment scheduling, and room utilization.

Collaborate with providers to optimize clinic efficiency.

Address any operational challenges promptly.

Patient Experience:

Ensure a positive patient experience from check-in to check-out.

Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns.

Implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of healthcare experience in a practice setting

2+ years of management experience in healthcare

Comfortable with Scheduling, staff management, and clinical support

must be willing to fill in and work with clients if there are call outs Prior experience in a dermatology practice is highly preferred null
