ICF has been at the forefront of power systems modelling for many decades. ICF has proprietary modelling tools that are used by Governments, regulators, developers and investors around the World. For example - ICF’s IPM® is a market-leading tool (IPM (https://www.icf.com/technology/ipm) ) that has enabled the US Government (e.g. EPA (https://www.epa.gov/sites/default/files/2018-05/documents/epa_platform_v6_documentation_-_all_chapters_v15_may_31_10-30_am.pdf) , NRDC (https://www.nrdc.org/sites/default/files/media-uploads/ipm-methodology-reference-document-final_1.pdf) , NREL (https://www.nrel.gov/docs/fy18osti/70528.pdf) and others) to take major policy decisions over the last many years.
