How Will You Contribute to the Company?\ \ Reporting to the Supervisor, Global Master Planning, the Inventory Analyst will be responsible for Inventory Management and optimizing inventory levels to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. In addition, this position will create and manage all Inventory data in Microsoft Dynamics. This position is critical in supporting all site inventory and audit requirements to ensure compliance of established policies.\ \ What Will You Do?

  • Coordinate Inventory Cycle counts with cross-functional teams to ensure Inventory accuracy and compliance with established processes
  • Inventory Discrepancy Tracking, verification counts, research, communication, and correction for discrepancies with approval from Management
  • Production Team support for Inventory Kitting, De-Kitting, Replacements, and Troubleshooting Inventory issues
  • Assist in determining staffing, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand and necessary safety stock levels
  • Establish Inventory workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity
  • Maintain and enforce an organized and clean warehouse environment. Implement, maintain, and enforce 5S practices
  • Create and Maintain Procedure and Policy Documentation for cross-trained functions.
  • Provide direct and indirect inventory support for operation requirements and resolution of customer and internal issues
  • Own the analysis of the Inventory Reports and Inventory Analysis ERP data
  • Coordinate with cross-functional and international teams to address inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
  • Systematically update and physically pull purged devices that fall out of functional specifications identified by the Quality Teams
  • SKU Creation and SKU Maintenance involving ERP and Integrated systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

\ Qualifications\ Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of related experience; An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities will be considered
  • Well-versed in Operation procedures and ways to optimize them
  • Highly organized and result-driven with great analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and advanced computer skills
  • Analytical, self-managing, and well-organized
  • Able to meet deadlines and exercise high judgment regarding related items
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations
  • Work effectively as a member of the team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from all levels of the organization
  • Continuous improvement mentality
  • Must have good verbal and interpersonal skills to analyze and present the right issues clearly, concisely, and logically, both orally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, software, and technologies quickly
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment

\ Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in business or other related discipline
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices
  • Experience with ERP systems
