Insight Global Pipeline Accounts Manager I in Moorpark, California

Job Description

The Pipeline Accounts Manager plays a critical role in operational management, overseeing loans within an assigned client segment. As the primary external contact for all loan-level and strategic fulfillment matters, youll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Daily Pipeline Review: Conduct daily reviews of the active loan pipeline, identifying opportunities for client follow-up actions.

Client Interaction: Engage with external clients, providing reports that highlight actionable items. Collaborate with clients to address open loan-level issues and maintain accurate records.

Stipulation Review: Evaluate the pipeline of loans within your assigned client segment, identifying invalid stipulations or alternative solutions.

Issue Resolution: Proactively address client issues and friction points, escalating to management when necessary.

Effective Communication: Maintain open communication channels with both internal and external partners.

Service Level Management: Manage individual service level agreements and turnaround times for all loans in the assigned pipeline.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance or related field or applicable direct industry experience

3+ years of mortgage experience with contemporary knowledge of mortgage industry and operational practices

Functional understanding of applicable Federal, state and local lending regulations

Basic software proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite and Encompass null
