Position Description:

The individual in this role will be accountable for providing comprehensive support for all training initiatives within their designated area, as well as facilitating communication between clients and instructors.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare training documentation as needed, including compiling trainee files with all necessary forms relevant to specified courses.

  • Ensure timely creation of course materials, including company-specific documents/forms if applicable.

  • Manage course prerequisites for all clients.

  • Maintain accurate client records in accordance with ATO OPS manual requirements.

  • Familiarize oneself with and adhere to all training guidelines outlined in the ATO OPS Manual and ATO process Manual.

  • Oversee instructors, ensuring their files are up-to-date with all necessary documents required for exercising their instructor/examiner privileges.

  • Maintain instructor records in Gemini/STARS/ETA Talon (or applicable system).

  • Review and verify training records for completeness by instructors/examiners.

  • Issue training completion certificates as required for specified courses, adhering to any special instructions or procedures outlined for each client.

  • Retain copies of all trainee documents, training records, and certificates for the mandated duration per regulation.

  • D esign rosters for instructional staff to ensure they meet with guidelines on instructor deployment and utilization.

    Qualifications / Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of relevant experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Strong verbal and written English skills.

  • Familiarity with Aeronautical Knowledge requirements.

  • Understanding of ATO business processes and planning procedures.

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations to large audiences.

  • Emphasis on quality with a continual commitment to process improvement and customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of customer orientation even in challenging circumstances.
