About the Role

A great opportunity exists for a professional and customer focused Sales Coordinator to provide administration support and systems management to the Hyatt Sales Force in Asia Pacific.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the ASPAC Hyatt Sales Force teams across the region, providing administration support, sales systems support and reporting and responding tocustomer enquiries when needed. The role will also assist to co-ordinate tradeshows and sales blitzes, assist in contracting, supporting the travel agency market, co-ordination of general sales reporting and support to the VP of Global Sales, ASPAC.

In addition, the role will be required to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal (Hyatt) and external (buyer) clients, and other market & industry sources.

This role is based in Melbourne, Australia.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Management or Sales & Marketing and/or possess previous experience in hotel operations. Excellent customer service, attention to detail and time management along with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
