Amazon is looking for a talented, smart, and enthusiastic Senior Product Manager to focus on managing the Home category under the Amazon Basics in Europe. Private Brands is a long-term growth opportunity for Amazon. This role can be based in either Luxembourg or London.

You will need to:

· Understand market segment trends and landscape for your category to create strategic and immediate operating plans for your category

· Have a strong grasp of P&L input levers

· Thrive in ambiguous work environments

· Be a smart, hard-working and creative person who loves products, loves solving difficult problems and "getting it done"

· Be comfortable collaborating and influencing team members including retail, sourcing, legal, patent and product compliance

· Have strong project management abilities to drive scalable initiatives on behalf of the private brands business

Key job responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering:

· Top and bottom line growth for the categories under your remit

· Creating a data-driven long-term roadmap for each category

· Identifying new product development opportunities and current products in need of refresh

· Driving the success of new product launches

Basic Qualifications

· University degree required, ideally in a technical, business or analytical discipline

· Experience in retail, e-commerce or product development

· Excellent analytical and quantitative skills

· High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

· Strong written and verbal English-language communication skills

· Strong Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications

· MBA

· Familiarity with SQL

· Previous experience in Pan-EU business management

· Experience in influencing senior leaders

· Additional EU languages
