What's the role about?
As part of our Womenswear Fabric department, you'll be joining as our Fabric Assistant who are responsible for leading efficient running of the fabric department and supporting the fabric team in ensuring fabric critical path dates are met.

What you'll be doing
You will be ordering and logging all fabric sampling meters, ensuring each shipment is tracked and all information is input into the relevant sampling tracking sheet
Organising and filing of all fabric headers, end of season collections, and updating the core fabrication library
Filing of all sampling lengths, lab dip and development sheets for easy reference by each department
Updating and maintaining clear information of all bought styles into the bulk tracking sheet, enabling data to be pulled for the mill strategy each season
Ensuring all bought fabrics are transferred to bulk folders with buy sheets attached and all bulk submits are filed by category/season
