We are seeking a motivated and skilled Product Delivery Manager to join our Helix project team. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and can be based in Portugal. The successful candidate will be building scalable data products, working directly and deeply with business and technology stakeholders, defining a roadmap and executing on it with cross-functional teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team environment, collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, Helix business systems analysts, and analytics teams to understand data requirements, identify potential solutions, and develop high-quality data solutions.

  • Participate in defining architecture and modeling best practices within the team, and use your expertise in data management concepts, practices, and procedures to plan and accomplish goals.

  • Work closely with local, regional, global, and other key stakeholders within the business Supply, Demand, R&D, and Kelly Services goals to ensure that the right data products are being developed and delivered in support of Helix strategic goals.

  • In addition, partner with external resources and thought partners to identify new capabilities and products to assist in the delivery of the value to the organization.

  • Ensure that the required business change is implemented effectively with minimal business disruption.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements for marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives.

  • Appropriately prioritize and embed the requirements into data solutions and products.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience of 5 + years.

  • Microsoft Power applications is a must 2+ years. Power automate or Power Flow usage is a plus.

  • Working knowledge of data platforms, cloud data lakes and be very comfortable to query and analyze data from various internal and external data ecosystem.

  • Strong digital background and demonstrated ability to deliver scalable digital data solutions consisting of wide breadth of data sources.

  • A proven track record of implementing cloud-oriented data solutions is a must.

  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
