Camping World Digital Product Manager in Lincolnshire, Illinois

Good Sam is seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the development and management of our company's digital products. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of user experience, market trends, and digital technology. As the Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing management.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement the digital product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity

  • Define product requirements and specifications based on user research, feedback, and business objectives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful product development and launch

  • Define and prioritize features, user stories, and backlog items, and ensure that they are communicated effectively to the development team

  • Monitor and analyze product performance and user feedback, and make data-driven decisions to improve product functionality, usability, and adoption

  • Manage the product release cycle, including planning, testing, and deployment

  • Develop pricing strategies and revenue models, and collaborate with the marketing team on go-to-market plans

  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and share insights with the team and stakeholders

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative to drive projects forward independently.

What You'll Need to Have for the Role:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience as a digital product manager, with a proven track record of successful product launches and management

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into product enhancements

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

  • Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana

  • Knowledge of digital technologies, including web and mobile platforms, APIs, and data analytics

  • Familiarity with design thinking principles and user-centered design methodologies

  • Experience with A/B testing, user testing, and other research methods

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results within budget

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.

Pay Range:

$119,175.00-$178,788.75 Annual
