*Welder - Multiple Shifts - Weekly Pay - Benefits Included*

A steel fabrication company is looking for qualified welders to join their team here in Lincoln. Qualified candidates will be proficient in MIG and TIG welding. You will be responsible for creating a quality product while meeting production goals. You will also be responsible for determining the appropriate welds and methods based on requirements. This company allows for as much overtime you may desire.

Job Duties:

• Reading blueprints and drawings and taking measurements to verify quality production.

• Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.

• Operate angle grinders to prepare/finish the welded parts.

• Align components using fixtures, calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces.

• Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal)

• Provide continuous improvement feedback to help increase productivity.

Pay:

• $20 - $24 hr

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM M-Thurs / Overtime on Friday

• 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM M-Thurs / Overtime on Friday

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience MIG and/or TIG equipment in production setting (not personal life)

• 1+ year experience in using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers etc.)

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.

• Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing.

• Attention to detail with an emphasis on quality and production efficiency.
