NATURE CENTER - CAMP COUNSELOR

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver license, possess considerable knowledge and experience in camping and leading Outdoor Education activities, experience with children ages 5-12 in an outdoor setting desirable. A background in adventure challenge programming and college coursework in the natural sciences are highly desirable. Must have own means of transportation to and from campsite. Applicant must be certified or willing to become certified in First Aid and CPR. Must cooperate and work closely with co-workers in supervising participants. Works 30 to 35 hours per week for approximately nine weeks, hours of camp vary daily.

Resume submission is optional, but highly encouraged. Successful candidates are required to pass a background check.
