The Process Specialist supports the Global Process Owner by analyzing business processes & data to support transformation journey in line with process governance defined

​​ Key Responsibilities: Process and performance management via value stream (Op2O, O2C, S2P, R2R) :

  • Collaborate closely with GBS service provider & retained interlock to discern gaps in operational capabilities, identify pain points, use cases andleverage a comprehensive capability framework to propose and champion enhancements to our business processes with the GPO

  • Lead process and user experience workshops to drive transformation and define future state

  • Conduct walkthroughs, demos and other sessions to provide a clear understanding of proposals, act on feedback and obtain alignment from key stakeholder

  • Lead the documenting of Business Requirements / User Stories that translate into the technology to cater to business needs and define business outcomes and productivity gains

  • Deliver comprehensive briefings on business requirements, actively participate in system solution design and ensure alignment with business expectations.

  • Support the GPO in defining KPIs and success metrics for the products

  • Develop additional in-depth knowledge of business processes and practices

  • Identify and escalate issues when necessary and facilitate collaborative problem-solving

  • Work with Test Leads to develop test strategies, establish execution timelines, and help manage UAT

  • Collaborate with the Change Management Team to create communication documentation and training plans, actively engaging with end-users during the Training/Enablement phase

  • Gathering and processing process data and benchmarking to identify process improvements areas.

  • Identifying Continuous Improvement items to support GPO by leveraging CPI methodology using six-sigma and lean tools

  • Identification of operational gaps including user guides, SOPs, process maps and related user training

Reports to: Director Process Specialist

  • Dotted line direct reports: VP Group Process Owners Op2O, O2C, S2P, R2R

  • Interlocks: Service providers teams i.e GBS Operations, Group, Regional & Country leadership

  • Direct reports: None

Qualifications:

  • Minimum - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with related demonstrable experience

  • Minimum – Experience of using applicable value stream tools (Op2O, O2C, S2P, R2R)

  • Beneficial –Six Sigma Yellow and/or Green Belt

  • Beneficial - Project management certification would be advantageous

Key experience and skills:

  • Proactive in influencing senior stakeholders and colleagues leveraging domain knowledge, professional skills and relationships

  • Utilize excellent verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills to establish and maintain a good rapport with co-workers, supervisors, business stakeholders and providers

  • Ability to think and act strategically and tactically

  • Results-focused and Continuous learner and highly motivated to develop and share knowledge

  • Resolves wide range of issues in creative ways

  • Deep knowledge of the process and experience in delivering continuous improvement

  • Detailed knowledge of process control software

  • Ability to work in multi-cultural environment (this will require managing time zones and travel)
