JPMorgan Chase Wealth Management, Life Insurance Case Management Specialist in Jersey City, New Jersey

The Life Insurance Case Management Specialists role will be focused on the support of the Life Insurance operations for the Private Bank and JP Morgan Advisors channels. The Case Management Specialist position is responsible for supporting the Life Specialists teams with application fulfillment, informal and formal pipeline management, inventory management with BGA partner firms, maintenance and updating systems, and driving the growth of the business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the collection of data and completion of required forms for informal cases and formal applications/forms

  • Monitoring the status of pending cases; following up with back-office partners and carriers, as needed

  • Submitting application packets through JP Morgan Operations and Central Supervision Review

  • Perform account maintenance tasks including Initiate Requests, Policy Holder Services etc.

  • May engage with clients and Advisors to remediate onboarding/maintenance issues

  • Produce and request product quotes and illustrations

  • Serve as a point of escalation for remediation of outstanding items needed in processing of in-flight business

  • Analyze and leverage business data to support the growth of the business and produce reported as needed

  • Complete ad hoc projects as needed

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent relevant industry experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Must have MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills

  • Organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proven ability to work independently while competently handling multiple responsibilities, with a high degree of accuracy, in a fast-paced high pressure environment

Jersey City,NJ $71,300.00 - $90,000.00
