VALUATION PREPARATION AND DATA ANALYST

JOB PROFILE:

  • Set up and preparation of Valuation Calculation

  • Assist with set up and preparation of regular and one-off valuations.

  • Responsible from creating portfolios in valuations models and apply correct securities.

  • Responsible from setting up manually or bulk upload properties into Valuation Models

  • Responsible from bulk data import and updates using XL4ADW tool

  • Responsible from setting up tenancy and unit data into Valuation Models

  • If MRI, accept batch data from the Client and apply security group

  • If MRI, run extract and import and import into UK Discovery

  • If MRI, manage data share via Analytix between CBRE and the Client

  • If regular valuations, update property, tenancy and units information changes in valuation scenarios

  • If regular valuation, using MRI, accept tenancy updates and run model merge

  • For MRI and KEL extract data and import into UK Discovery reporting platform

  • Assist collating, cleansing and enhancing the import and monitoring of ESG data in UK Discovery

  • Regular iterations and ensuring data quality to valuation models in platforms or excel models

  • Organize unstructured data and move to standardized templates to be used in valuation models or analysis

  • Produce difference reporting of tenancy data comparing different valuations period (Affinity iXchange reporting)

SKILLS

  • Office Package – MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Quick learner

  • Excel – intermediate (pivot, vlookups)

  • Industry standards valuation software such as ARGUS Enterprise and MRI

  • Articulate and attention to detail is essential

  • The ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) skills

  • Candidate must be highly organized and able to meet strict deadlines.

  • Fluent English

  • Good analytical and numerical skills
