Description:

The Loads and Dynamics analyst is responsible for:

• Finite Element Model development, refinement, validation, and correlation to tests

• Rigid and flexible body dynamics

• Modeling, simulation, and verification of spacecraft launch and landing scenarios

• Acceleration, shock, and vibration measurement and data interpretation of ground and flight tests

• General loads development for spacecraft and related ground systems

• Support configuration development and trade studies

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering: Mechanical, or Aerospace

• 6+ years structural dynamics and loads analysis

• 5+ years in finite element modeling

• Analysis software experience (preferred Nastran, Simcenter 3D, MATLAB, Python)

• Space vehicle coupled loads analysis

• Modeling experience (Solidworks preferred)

• Must Have: BETA CAE experience
