Description:

Looking for a candidate in NH near the ME/NH border to support the open territory there.

Day-to-day duties:

1. Installation and wireless security monitoring devices

2. Troubleshooting signal issues to ensure the alarm functions properly if needed.

3. Perform daily hands-on field interaction with customers at the site level and some smaller customer care levels.

4. Test and verify signals for equipment

5. Train customers on the use of equipment and answer all questions to include ensuring that they have no additional need (equipment, etc.).

6. Completing necessary customer paperwork for each job.

7. Cost ALL PART utilize for each job installed before closing out the job with the dispatch center.

8. Maintaining accurate truck inventory of products.

9. Provide top-quality customer service.

10. Achieve 90% Goal Attainment for completed installations and zero “go-backs”.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Will need to be extremely customer oriented, and display professionalism at all times in these customer homes. They need to be on time consistently.

Must have Great Communication skills. This is very important along with being reliable and possessing an adaptive personality. This person should have stellar interpersonal skills, along with the ability to think quickly on their feet, read non-verbal cues from the home's residents, and have a solution-oriented, customer-centric attitude.

* Must have reliable transportation to get to customer sites as well as basic hand tools and a small ladder *
