eToro USA LLC in Hoboken, NJ seeks Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (multiple positions).Responsibilities: The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for supporting business leaders as the primary go-to for all business intelligence and analysis. Perform data analysis to understand trends and business performance on end-to-end growth strategy for U.S. entity; build and maintain dashboard, reports, suggest and design key performance indicators (KPIs) monitoring program to inform insights and facilitate management decision making; filter and clean data by reviewing reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems; develop end user reports that support all the business unit needs; support cross-functional initiatives on U.S. business acquisition and retention KPIs improvement by revealing data insight and interpreting trends or patterns in large data sets across different data sources using advanced SQL and Tableau dashboards; compile quantifiable business cases with tangible measures of success to drive project prioritization and sponsorship; partner with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Facing to solve problems and identify trends; provide timely data support for Compliance to fulfill regulatory requirements and support Finance on answering ad-hoc audit questions on tax reporting; locate and define new process improvement opportunities; use effective data visualization and analytical skills to simplify business flows and enable faster decision making and execution; propose data-driven strategies in improving business performance in key areas using analytical tools and thorough business analysis; and other duties assigned.
