Position Summary CVS Health Digital is looking for a dynamic and driven Staff Engineer to lead engineering teams tasked with creating a best-in-class personalization journey platform. The platform, focused on helping people live healthier lives, will enable our marketing partners to serve the right content to the right customers in the right channel. You will use your engineering skills to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions through the Adobe suite. You should have the ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly, have a consistent track record of delivery, and excellent software engineering and people management skills. A successful candidate will be a highly motivated, collaborative individual, motivated to achieve results in a fast-paced environment. About the Role

As the lead on the Adobe Journey Optimization implementation, you will work closely with a cross-functional team including product managers, architects, and business partners. Together, you will define and implement features and functionality for the Adobe Journey Optimizer based on the product roadmap, enabling the foundational component of our personalization and orchestration engine.

  • Lead the implementation of Adobe Journey Optimizer.

  • Lead discovery efforts to understand the business needs for digital and marketing initiatives.

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of client businesses and available data for effective platform solutions.

  • Translate business needs into technical requirements for platform configuration, data schemas, and system integrations.

    Required Qualifications

  • 7+ year of experience working on CDP and/or Journey Orchestration tools (e.g. SFMC, Adobe, Braze, etc)

  • 5+ years of experience in architecting and implementing personalization journey solutions

  • 5+ years of experience in architecting and implementing Adobe solutions

  • 4+ years of experience in Java, Java EE, Restful APIs, combined with a strong understanding of enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring Boot

  • 4+ years of experience in Web Technologies like React/Angular, JavaScript, XML, XPATH, AJAX, JQuery, Adobe APIs

  • 3+ years of experience with adobe experience platform implementation projects

  • 2+ years of experience working with Adobe Journey Optimizer

  • 2+ years of experience of digital marketing processes, audience segmentation, legal compliance, and campaign analysis

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Experienced data modeler with proficiency in JSON and XML

  • Familiarity with Adobe Journey Optimizer tasks

  • Adobe Journey Optimizer certification preferred.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, comfortable with technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and marketing cloud solutions is a plus

  • Responsible for project estimation, platform discovery/road mapping, workflow management, technical SME support, campaign development, and documentation creation

    EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$124,372.50 - $247,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
