Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights

  • Be able to Covert data into stories that help establish data-driven decision-making across the organization

  • Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI/Tableau

  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives, create control reports and work with operations in improving overall efficiency

  • Analyzing data and present data through reports that aid decision-making

  • Convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide timeline to accomplish

  • Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models

  • Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics. Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI

  • Analyze current ETL process, define and design new systems

  • Redefine and make technical/strategic changes to enhance existing Business Intelligence systems

  • Design, develop and deploy business intelligence solutions as per needs

  • SQL querying for best results, use of filters and graphs for better understanding of data

  • Work with users and team members at all levels for performance improvement and suggestions

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computers, or a related field

  • 12+ years of experience in US healthcare Revenue cycle Management. 8+ years as a reporting / BI Analyst

  • Comprehensive knowledge of data design, data modeling, data management, and data visualization

  • Proficient in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL and advanced Excel

  • Proven ability to interact with business as well as technical teams

  • Proven solid communication and client management skills

  • Proven ability to learn and respond quickly to the fast-changing business environment

  • Proven ability to stay updated with advancements and best practices in design and development

  • Proven ability to multitask and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to document process, models, designs, and solutions and able to explain, represent, and discuss with the team

  • Proven ability to apply learned lessons into future solution considerations

  • Proven analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach

  • Proven ability to work in an agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement

  • Proven self-motivated and eager to learn

  • Proven team player and able to lead and initiate

  • Willing to work in US timings (5.30PM IST to 3.00AM IST)
