Adecco US, Inc. Logistics Analyst in Greensboro, North Carolina

Are you passionate about ensuring smooth freight flow and timely deliveries? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and problem-solving are key? We are seeking a skilled Package Transportation Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Review shipment status between the company, Logistics partners, and plant dispatch staff to resolve issues promptly.

  • Coordinate transportation partners and 4PLs to meet production and customer needs effectively.

  • Act as the first point of contact for system/process support from users, ensuring smooth operations.

  • Manage selected package warehouse operations to optimize efficiency.

  • Monitor 4PL shipment creation and updates, resolving transaction errors as needed.

  • Maintain daily communication with partners at multiple locations to ensure alignment and address any concerns.

Skills Required:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in warehousing and transportation logistics.

  • MUST HAVE experience Excel, Outlook, Auto replies on Outlook, Word.

  • Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of modern software.

  • Familiarity with SAP or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
